With two decades of sales and marketing experience Jai has cemented his position as a seasoned professional in the industry. He played pivotal role in establishing the London sales function for one of the largest property developers in the UK. As a key member of the London Board, his strategic advice contributed to the domestic and international success achieved by the business in the UK, Middle East and Asia. With his experience and innovative approach, secured over £1bn in sales revenue for the business and produced the Sales and Marketing strategy, which secured a cutting-edge development of 975 homes, featuring striking towers ranging from 24 to 30 storeys, adding to the impressive portfolio.
